Sweet Potato Pone

Ingredients 2 c. grated sweet potato 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 1 egg Curry powder (options include nuts, dry sherry, or marshmallows) Blend all ingredients together and bake in a greased shallow baking pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
